The guy is on a roll. After playing grammar cop, with spectacular failure, in a legco meeting, Donald Tsang continues his daily blunder by trying to give nepotism a bad name. The father-in-law of Tsang's son turns out to be a vendor and a likely beneficiary of some government sponsored energy efficient light bulb program. There won't be any conflict of interest if it has been properly disclosed and approved by some certain branch of government. It looks like this was not the case.
