Another day, another piece of bad news on Toyota. An article in The New York Times seems to suggest Toyota put cost savings number one priority over any other things, like passenger safety or pedestrian safety. It certainly reads to me Toyota, instead of really fixing any mechanical or electronic problem on stuck gas pedal, just blamed it on the floor mat. And it patted itself on the back for saving millions. Well done Toyota.
Read it yourself.
