周秀娜早前預告，月曆的照片中有「只能穿Nude Bra」程度的裸身照，率先披露的封面照亦只靠手肘遮掩胸前，露出大半胸部，用彩帶圍着上身，性感指數爆燈。她透露，海報的「九彩妝」足足化了4小時才完成，而這次會以成功女性的金句作主題，非常花心思。
