This is a watershed for Dell. Dell is now selling PCs and notebooks with Ubuntu installed.
Who would have thought that Dell would offer anything other than Microsoft Windows? Dell has been monogamous for too long for its own good, it's time to sleep around. Bedding with Ubuntu may just be a start. The price is not necessarily cheaper than their Windows counterpart. They are just for people who like to escape the tyranny, imagined or not, of Microsoft and yet not feel like to join the cult of Mac.
