Large or tiny,
all useful to
erase pencil marks.
No matter how crazy they look.
They can even erase Poems!
It's a trade -
eraser crumbs on paper,
pencil marks on eraser,
Just like magic -
mistakes are gone!
Pencil top erasers
get solid and die,
large erasers
live longer.
A kid will ask,
"Can I borrow your eraser?"
"Can I borrow your eraser?"
"Yes"
"Yes"
"One last time please?!"
"NO"
I wonder why
everybody doesn't have A BIG ERASER?
