Times Square, NYC


Shot at ISO320, pushed 1 stop. The color is muted and dull, oh well, I guess that pretty much reflects my life too. When I first arrived to this great city, I found it odd that cars can still turn right or left while it's WALK for the pedestrians who supposedly got the right of way, but I guess nobody would really think so. The taxi cabs always got the right of way.

  1. I was shocked that this phenomenon happens in Taiwan also. Anyway, when I was living in NYC, I always pointedly stared at the car driver when they did this and deliberately slowed my pace. It's a miracle I managed to come back to Ireland in one piece.

  2. Taiwan pretty much duplicates everything from the US.

    Ha ha, I am a motorist too so I can appreciate the occasional road rage and the intent urge to run pedestrians over at cross walks. I almost never drive in Manhattan. It's too much.
