Template Change

Since you guys have big screens it seems ridiculous to have some fixed width template that doesn't make good use of the real estate of your big screens. So here it is, a blog template that allows automatic stretching across the browser. At the same time, I hope it isn't too much of a chore to pan your head or eyes across the screen. Previously the blogpost is really narrow, so much so that I can't post big pictures but arguably easier to read.

  3. It's not too difficult to change the template. I didn't do any customization just picked a new one under Blogger's. It's under Layout, pick new template, I just picked Manima Stretch. That's it.

It gets a bit harder to look good on every other displays. The narrower display actually looks good if most other users have say a 15 inch or less monitor at 1024 wide, but for people who have a 22in wide screen at 1680 or even 1920, then it just looks too narrow and too much white space.

As of now, I think it's a bit too wide, I actually want it a bit narrower, so my posts seem longer. ha ha.

  5. michelle, yes I think I know what you mean. I want to make my blog a bit narrower too. It really depends on the screen size. Personally I think lousyma's 2 blogs look pretty good, the width is good. Both of them are wide. At least they look good on my screens.
