I bought this cutting board today, without knowing too much about it. I gave up asking the girl at the counter. But it looks pretty industrial to me, so I bought one, it's much heavier than what we have been using, I take it as a good sign. In fact it's very heavy. The honing stone at the top, my knife set since probably 13 years ago. My latest obsession is how to get things sharp.

Kitchen Utensils
I bought this cutting board today, without knowing too much about it. I gave up asking the girl at the counter.
