  1. 26 Mar 1973, Can Tho, Vietnam --- South Vietnam's President Nguyen Van Thieu jubilantly throws a flag in the air during an exhibition at Can Tho, 75 miles southwest of Saigon. The exhibition was held because of National Farmers Day in Vietnam, during which Thieu called at the farmers to boost their agricultural output to $400 million dollars within 5 years. --- Image by © Bettmann/CORBIS
