Nikon D7000 And Jaundice

I like everything about the D7000 except the picture. It gives people jaundice. A yellow cast across the broad.

Has it anything to do with the lens?
Would you recommend anyone buying it?

  2. I haven't gotten a thorium lens with yellowish glass attached in front of it. So no I don't think it's the lens.
I think for the most part you won't notice it. It's probably just me. It has to do with white balance. In certain lighting condition, the highlight area of the face has some yellow tint to it. I am sure you can get rid of it if you have time.
Like I said before I actually prefer the look of my Nikon D70, the color or exposure seem more to my taste. The D7000 has a different exposure, namely a bit lighter on default. I can probably adjust it to my liking. Anyway it's very personal and I think each camera has its own quirks, real and imagined.
If you can borrow one, or rent one, do so and shoot some see if you like it.
I would still recommend it. Go to flickr and search for D7000 and see the pictures there. It's probably just me.

  3. Jaundice is a very bad disease in the sense it makes the liver very weak and less capable to cope to the digestive hardships later. The yellowness gets off the body but the incapability of the persists for a long time.

Civil War (2024)

This is basically a Dorothy yellow brick road kind of story.  Also, something to do with the new replaces the old, the circle of life thing....
