ReplyDeleteIt's got everything to do with the minimal minimum wage set by the local government. Without overtime pay, a worker takes RMB900 home a month. They have no choice but to work their arse off [100 hours of overtime work per month is not considered unusual] to earn enough to sustain themselves and their families.
