  1. I had two fried eggs, sunny side up, for breakfast today, December 16, 2010. I love sunny-side-up fried eggs very much. I'd invariably suck up the yolk first. Not a drop of it would have escaped from my mouth. When I was young, i.e. in 1960s-70s, we used to eat a lot of soft-boiled eggs 糖心蛋 at home, with a sprinkle of table salt. They were so delicious. My father was a master in preparing soft-boiled eggs. But people nowadays fear salmonella egg poisoning so much that they try to avoid sunny-side-up & soft-boiled eggs. What a pity!

  2. I like to try poached egg some day. This one isn't all that pretty I think I made a better one some time ago. OKAY It's here. Egg has always been such a wholesome food for families with modest means.
