Are bloggers journalists? There are of course ramifications to the answer of this question. Are journalists more protected or just equally protected for their First Amendment rights? Can authorities seize Jason Chen's computers by means of a warrant? Or should it have been a subpoena because he is a blogger and hence a journalist? We will find out.
