I just learned that Mr Chen has some Portugese blood. His grandfather or great grandfather was Portugese. His success with women had prompted me to study this case as a social phenomenom (sic). In the immediate future, I think there will be a backlash against all those English speaking, tall good-looking guys with a touch of Western blood. Middle-aged, balding, full-blooded Cantonese guys like vl, wp and sk are going to enjoy a rebound.You know a comment this good deserves a separate post in the baddest blog.

ReplyDeleteBut Vincent has overlooked one crucial thing. On top of everything else, Mr Chen is also incredibly rich.
He's bragged about having HK$80 million in his bank accounts. He's claimed he's only a wee bit short of his target, i.e. a personal net worth of US$20 million. After achieving that goal of his, he said he'd get married and retire as a singer.
Rumour has it that at least Bo Bo tried to force herself on him because he's a wealthy man.
If he was a newspaper boy or a delivery man, it would be another story.
I therefore venture to premise Vincent's proposition on the assumption that those middle-aged Cantonese baldies must be rich in order to benefit from the rebound.
That immediately leaves me out of the equation.
