Where did you do the white water rafting? Last time I did it in North America was some 24 years ago in the Appalachian Mountains. I fell to the water once and on another occasion, my paddle caught the lips of my friend. Anyway, we all enjoyed the hot chocolate afterwards.
I guess we went where you went too. It's called the Lehigh River in Pennsylvania, part of the Applachian Mountains as I read it in wiki the other day. The section we were in was pretty calm so there wasn't any white water. Man, I don't want to raft with you, bruising other's lips with the paddle. We probably go camping in Oct. Cold...
Wow, great fun!
ReplyDeleteWe had water warfares as we floated down the river. In the end, everybody was soaked. I am glad the camera still works.

Rafting without white-water is not rafting at all. Next time if you want some excitement, you should go to Charlotte, NC where the hillbillies live.

On closer look, it is very considerate of u to position yourself in the raft that way to prevent it from capsizing.

I single-buttedly anchor the raft with, if not skills, all my weight I can pull, literally.
