I think I got the name spelled wrong. It should have been General Tsao's Chicken, the more popular spelling. It's fried chicken nuggets in some spicy sauce. I am not sure its origin, but it could very well be an American Chinese invention. Alex likes it a lot. I like it OKAY.
by the way, what is General Tsai's chicken? I think it's American Chinese food.
