Viacom, showing how serious it is, is suing Google for $1 billion on Youtube's "massive copyright infringement." Essentially using the same argument by Microsoft, i.e. Google is profiting from unlicensed contents which is clearly illegal....
Viacom alleged that there are 160,000 unauthorized Viacom video clips in Youtube.

Dow nosedived more than 240 points to close at 12,075.96. The US housing and mortgage market is said to be the culprit.
