Cell Phone

I didn't get the Cingular 8125, instead I got 2 Nokia 6682 together with 2 years spanking new contract from Cingular. Ordered from Amazon for 2 cents and will have $25 rebate.

  2. it's a family plan, so the other one is for jin.

the phone is so last year. but i can't really complain.

i was playing with it a bit. it's definitely more complicated than my last few phones. the last one was so simple that i think it's very good.

I didn't really use those fancy features as those require data plan like web and email. And my PC dont even support the installation of PC sync, it needs Win 2000 or XP, and I have Me at home. Sure my work notebook is a xp, but...

It was really a good deal, i search high and low and amazon is the best deal for this phone, most other offers need you to pay something like upfront $200 and then $100 rebate or something like after rebate you end up paying $45 or something. For me, I got it for 2 cents and no rebate needed, plus i got 25 rebate and free shipping, so net out i paid 24.98 .... Jin's old phone doesn't work that well and hence the new phone. We have to pay $60 for the new phones upfront, called activation fee for the 2 new phones.

  4. see, I bet this rich man will sooner or later buy this cell phone, by the way, I have checked my 3G provider, the small piece is known as "wireless modem", and it have to pay for another plan, I don't think I would pay for it, just "steal" Janice's network or stay in Hollywood Plaza MacDonald can solve me problem
