    My head will explode from the sheer absurdity of his outfit. Are there even armholes on that thing? It's a colorful straitjacket, right? Uggs? Harem pants? FAIL.

    That's a raincoat from his 8 year old niece. I think there are zippers on the sides to let the hands out or in. I imagine it looks good on an 8-year old.
