  1. Personally, I doubt very much whether the mayor's decision and the judges' judgment were wise. If they are not allowed to set up camp and pitch their tents, they become more mobile. Like they'd march to the NYSE and wreak havoc everywhere.

  2. The city has legal ground not to let them setup tents in a private park. I guess having a camp site and being totally forced mobile have their own advantages in terms of wreaking havoc.
