I think to describe them as 工作人员 is more appropriate.
They look like they are playing ring around the rosie. With every one of them spotting a pair of reading glasses they look more like nerds than whatever described of them. I think mingpao is now into exaggeration borders on falsehood now.
The level of everything in HK is declining every single days. We are all to be blamed, not just the government.
